Our future leaders are grouped into teams of 2-3 students and select from exciting LEGO and other structures options, including advanced buildings, monsters and dragons, space explorers, and even fancy Barbie-style houses. While building and having fun, students develop critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world economic decision-making skills by applying concepts in production, cost management, planning, and leadership in a supportive and engaging environment designed for ages 4–16.

Age Groups

Ages 4–6 — Discover & Build
Creative play, simple building challenges, teamwork, and confidence development.

Ages 7–10 — Design & Solve
Planning, building, and improving structures while learning teamwork and decision-making.

Ages 11–16 — Lead & Strategize
Leadership roles, resource management, and introduction to business and market thinking.

Day 1

Team Formation, Design Choice, and Planning

Students begin by forming teams of three and exploring the available LEGO structure options before selecting a project that aligns with their interests and skill level. Guided by instructors, teams assign roles, discuss their design strategy, and develop a simple production plan outlining how they will use materials, manage time, and collaborate effectively. This first day emphasizes teamwork, communication, and thoughtful decision-making, helping students understand that successful projects begin with careful planning and shared responsibility.

Day 2

Building, Problem Solving, and Resource Management

Teams actively construct their chosen LEGO structure while learning to manage limited resources, share responsibilities, and adapt their plans when challenges arise. Students practice critical thinking as they solve design problems, make adjustments, and balance speed with quality. Throughout the building process, instructors introduce basic economic ideas such as production efficiency, cost awareness, and teamwork, helping students understand how careful decisions and cooperation lead to successful outcomes.

Day 3

Completion, Presentation, and Leadership Reflection

The closing Message to Students:

"You planned, you built, you solved problems, and you led. Today we celebrate your creativity, perseverance, and teamwork."

On the final day, teams complete their structures, review their work for quality, and prepare a short presentation to share their project and teamwork experience with the group. Students reflect on the decisions they made, the challenges they overcame, and the leadership skills they practiced throughout the process. This day builds confidence, communication skills, and a sense of accomplishment as participants celebrate their creativity, perseverance, and collaborative success.

The goal of our program is to build confident, responsible young leaders through teamwork, creativity, and hands-on learning.
