The Think • Build • Lead program was created to fill a gap in early education.
Children are often taught academic subjects, but they are rarely taught:
how to lead
how to collaborate
how to make decisions
how to create value
how to believe in themselves
This program helps students build those skills through hands-on experiences, teamwork, reflection, and guided challenges.
Our goal is not simply to teach children how to build structures.
Our goal is to help them build:
